WORD PROCESSING

Word processing files are created in Microsoft Word. Because of the heavy load of word processing requests, the Center has designated priorities on the type of documents that are processed. Listed below are the different types of work that are stored in the Center in the descending priority of each.

• Grant Proposals and Reports

• Faculty books and book chapters

• Faculty Articles

• Faculty Monographs

• Mailing Lists

PRINTOUTS

Printouts can be in either black and white or color.  There is no charge for black and white.  Color costs are .05¢. Printouts from originator's disk, in any Office2000 or compatible format can be done in either black and white or color.
